Arko turns 9 today!

Wohoooooo! My baby bro Arko turns 9 today! Happy Birthday to my precious little baby!

We got a cool portrait made from the first photo that was taken of him. It sits on top of our fireplace in the living room. This is obviously to show off our boy but also to let the not so dog friendly people know that Arko is very important, it’s his house and if you don’t like him, you can leave! 😂😂 it’s funny but really true. Too many haters out there!

There are so many amazing memories with Arko. Since we got him, our family has changed for the better. I never thought that bringing him into the family would be as life changing as it has been. I seriously mean that. In fact, I never wanted Arko. My dad and brother were set on getting a dog and my mom and I were against it. Little did we know that we would all become OBSESSED with him.

Arko is a son, a brother and a loyal, protective and sweet dog. I am so grateful for his presence in my life and although I get stressed as he ages, (like SUPER STRESSED), I am hopeful and excited for many, many years to come!

This weekend has been a weekend to celebrate Arko! On Friday, Arko had his favourite meal…McDonald’s! Yes, Arko eats McDonald’s and loves it! His favourite is a McDouble mixed with his kibbles.  He will literally cry when he smells the McDonald’s bag!

I also found the cutest dog cookie for him. I’ll give it to him for dessert tonight!

This morning I gave Arko one of the toys I bought. He loved it and pretty much spent the whole morning chasing after it and obsessing over the squeak!
